  1. 8 oz

    milk (any of your choice)

  2. 2 Tbsp

    nesquick (Any flavor)

  3. Ice (any amount)

  4. 1 half

    a banana

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Get blender and items

  2. 2

    Get milk and put 8oz in cup and get 2 Tbsp of nesquick

  3. 3

    Put banana (if you have strawberry flavor you can put strawberries with banana) and ice in with the nesquick and the milk and put lid on cup.

  4. 4

    Put cup on blender

  5. 5

    Blend as much as you want

  6. 6

    Put in cup and enjoy
