Paneer Masala Recipe with Step by Step Pictures. Spicy and flavourful paneer curry taste good with roti.
This is fast to make and taste yummy with chapati or poori or bhaturas. Its been a while since I shared any paneer recipes, so I decided to make this quick fix curry and share it with you all.
If you are looking for a curry which can be made in less than 30 mins then this is it.

How to Make Paneer Masala
- Mix cornflour with milk and set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in paneer and fry till golden. Soak it in hot water and set aside.
- Pour oil in a kadai. In goes cumin, cinnamon and let it sizzle. Onions and garlic are added and saute till golden.
- Add in tomatoes and cook till mushy.
- spice powders, salt, sugar and mix well.
- Pour water and mix well.
- Add in paneer and mix well. pour cornflour mix and mix well.
- Add in garam masala powder and mix well.
- Serve with roti.

Ingredients
- Oil - 3 tblspn
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon / Pattai - 1 small piece
- Onion - 1 large chopped finely
- Garlic - 5 chopped finely
- Tomato - 2 chopped finely
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Sugar - to taste
- Paneer - 200 grams cubed
- Cornflour - 2 tsp
- Milk - ½ cup
Instructions
Mix cornflour with milk and set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in paneer and fry till golden. Soak it in hot water and set aside.
