Our local grocery store had some gorgeous thick cut chops on sale, and I knew I had to try out our Crock Pot BBQ Chicken Legs recipe out on them. And boy were they a crowd pleaser! From picky eaters to I-want-tons-of-flavor-eaters, everyone is going to love this recipe. They are so juicy, tender and flavorful! What more could you ask for?!

Ingredients
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- Seasoning Salt To Taste
- Pepper To Taste
- BBQ Sauce
Instructions
Season your pork chops with seasoning salt and pepper on both sides and place into a 6-quart crock pot.
Cook on low for 2-3 hours until the internal cooking temperature of your pork chops reach 145 degrees.
Remove from slow cooker and place on cookie sheet covered in aluminum foil (for easy clean up).
Baste with BBQ Sauce and broil for 1-3 minutes, watching closely.
